Alright first aact jutsu:
(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Technique

Description: The user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of two hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.
Now since you have finished wind with me you should know what I want in your describtion, as I shall get lazy in telling you what to do lol
With this try it with the fan, do two handseals and blow out a disk that is sharp enough to cut the opponent...

*As i start to build up my chakra. i build up my wind chakra. as i do that i then take the fan and 2 hand signs. as i do the 2. i then release all of my wind chakra to and from the fan making a shiruken type slicing blade of wind destroying your clone*

I start gathering and building up my wind chakra. as i start to build it up i then do 2 hand signs. as i do the 2 hand signs. i then release the wave of wind from my my mouth by shape maniulation into a Wind spinniing disk blade towards your clone destroying it
I would defend aganst this with of course fire techs. or a move called wind return
i would just use this as a decoy attack truthfully. nothing to spec about this move

*I start gathering wind chakra. as i gather my wind chakra i then hurl the clone up into the air. as do that i then release all of the wind chakra i have gatherd up. and release it as a blast. making your clone poof*
How to defend? simple. dont get hurled in the air. lol.
When would i use this? :....... its hard to say. i probally wouldnt since its so risky without a fan

*I start to gather up alot of wind. all throughout my body. once i gather all of my wind chakra i then i then channel all of it to my mouth. Once Channeled to my mouth i then release it in a powerful stream towards the oppenent*
I would use this........ just to attack honestly. this has nothiing to great about it

*I start gathering up my wind chakra. Making it real fast throughout my body also real light. as i do that. i then channel and focus all of my wind chakra to my dominat hand (Right one) as i do that i then release the chakra into my hand. i then walk over to your clone. once i get in range of your clone i then Pull my right hand back. once i pull it back i then force my right hand foward pushing all of my weight into the punch as well. knocking your clone head off.*

This is actually one of my fav moves since it cosides with my swift release when i just knock a mtf out
Defend agenst: Just dont get in arm length range and it wont hurt you
When to use it: When your in short range. For me. i use swift release and very fast chanel my chakra into my fist and BOOCOW
