XDXDXDXD My Pwns are sooo epic! 
(Raiton: Seteki Ryou)- Lightning Style: Static Charge
I start off by first gathering my lightning chakra to my body, I then send a lightning bolt towards my opponent that does not do damage but releases static electricity causing him to stick with whatever surface hes on (This being the ground) As He does this, the opponents breaks free of it but since he breaks free he suffers damage cause the electricty to discharge

I start off by focusing lightning chakra into the palm of my hand. As I do, I Release lightning from my hand that takes the shape of a human size lightning wheels. I then release 3 more to have a set of 4 wheels overall. I then quickly create a slab of strong earth and put the earth on the 4 wheels thats spinning.. I then have the wheels steer left, then steer right.. They call me.. a Nascar..

Description: The user shoots a bolt of lightning towards the enemy, however once it hits, it doesn't do damage to the victim, instead it puts static electricity in them and sticks them into any surface they touch (including themselves). The victim must be Sage rank or have enhanced strength to break through the static charge, if they do, the electricity will discharge but they will take a little electrocution.
Note: Must wait 1 turn to use again.
Note: Only three times per battle
