I'm not sure how this make your argument any better. Slap a summoning title under someones abilities and apparently it's part of their arsenal now? I don't think so. Haku viewed himself as a tool and right before Haku died Zabuza was willing to hack through his body for the win and Haku was ready to die. Infact we can Juugo is even more devoted to Sasuke than Haku was to Zabuza. Don't forget we're talking about Juugo here while Haku is just an example.
