As the ice dissapears and the cylinder of water appears around me I use

since your dragon could not attack me while I was undergound, and I just hit you with rasengan its saf to say that it has dissipated seing as you lost you concentration due to the face blast.

as I see you coming out from ground, since it takes time to gather rasengan I would use:
(Doton: Doryuusou) - Earth Style: Rising Earth Spears

its not like I'm popping out of the ground then standing there forming rasengan
you wouldnt be able to see my attack till it was in your face, rasengan was formed underground, I had burst through the ground and smashed you. Kakashi and Jariaya can do it very quickly, naruto is the one who needs time to do it.
how can you use other jutsu then using underground decapitation? it's like looking in two diffrent sides also you're Yamato who's not even familiar with this jutsu in anime/manga so you shouldn't actually know it at all (same goes for me)

its just tunneling through the ground, basically what I did was what naruto did to neji during the chunnin exams, only w/ rasengan.
