1. i grab his hand and it decayed off, then i punched him in the fast so fast that he couldn't react
then i used him as a shield to protect me from that attack
2. he didn't avade it bcoz -.- bcoz i punched him to death
3. then i threw him at u -.- and fires the chakra balls blast thing

Ok with that now said.

Your chakra blast behind him and my first chakra blast in front, that would obilerate his body, my second (equally powerful) chakra blast goes through what little of your attack remained from colliding with his body and my first attack plus my second attack.

So at best, we've reached neutralization of both our attacks...

Although i still say you take some damage from my second attack...w/e xD

Actually, lightning doesn't flow through ice at all. The water that expanded and became ice was left as pure H20 that doesn't hold the necessary properties to conduct electricity (you learn alot in AP Science O_O)
