it will inhance it but it will not hit me bcoz its a fuckin tornado.. it sends the flames into the sky not attackin me
and if was to attack me it u would to use the jutsu on me, sendin the tornado at me..
my tornado was headin away from me -.- to get rid of the rain clouds at to send the rain spears at u

and the fire jutsu would just be deflected by the tornado =/ remember, i used it on the rain spears so it had no effect.
