I mean I didn't contradict Manga statement. Hagoromo was reffering to Kaguya when he was alive, nothing was stated about current version of her and basing on Zetsu statement that she is getting stronger while absorbing chakra from IT, it is possible.

My only issue is that Past Kaguya is > Rikudou, no matter JJ or not and she always will be, but Current Kaguya doesn't look so powerfull as she was described or could be imagined based on powerscale/hype
