chakrawise: Hagoromo has Yin Kurama advatange
Skillwise: about the same, maybe Hagoromo had little more mastery over Rinnegan

winner: Hagoromo mid-hard diff

JJ Three Eyed Madara vs JJ Hagoromo:

chakrawise: Hagoromo would still be supperior, just a little
Skillwise: equal or Madara barerly above.

Either Madara or Hagoromo extreme high diff.

And The last: Past Kaguya >> Current Kaguya, Current Kaguya lack Yin Kurama and also is slowly regaining all her power. I could even say Past Kaguya > JJ Hagoromo > Current Kaguya.

Considering he got his powers to Naruto and Sasuke, he would be ultra fast and has Sasuke's teleportation technique along with goudama and of course abitlity to use any technique. He simply counter it with wether black chidori is weakness

- Ten penchi or all other Juubi powers(regeneration/splitting body etc.)
- all Rinnegan Techniques (nature elemental techniques included)
- Sealing techniques(at least one he has)
- Yin-Yang relase(COAT anyone)

Possible:

- all KKG/KKT
- ability to learn any technique
- Genjtusu(?)
- Some Taijutsu techniques(but rather not his strong side)
- Great weapon mastery(most likely)
