and in ten ten's defense, temari only has wind attacks, and banana fan allows ten ten to use massive flame attacks. This is the sole reason why ten ten wins, because temari is powerful, but one-dimensional.

cmon man, we know that the power of the items are the same no matter who uses them. The only thing that differs from person to person is how long you can use the items since it absorbs chakra the longer you use it.

Not necessarily. You can actually smother a fire if you give it to much wind. Not to mention Temariis wind will be traveling AWAY from her towards Ten Ten, so when the wind hits the flame, if it doesnt put it out then it will blow the fire back on Ten Ten. Temari is just plain raw.
