That's a HUUUGE lie. Shikamaru is 10 times smarter than her! Konan can get close to her by using speed/paper clones. All she has to do is stick one paper bomb on her and she's done. Once she gets to do taijutsu Konan wins.

I say temari because of her wind release, but it can go both ways, konan can summon billions of paper at once like she did with Tobi and temari cant keep up with that,..

so shell come up with a way to get a killing blow

Konan is way smarter than Temari, heck Konan is even smarter than Itachi.

Remember that Tobi said that Itachi could have beat him if he knew the secretes to his techs, but Itachi failed to figure these out even though he was Tobi's apprentice and was close to tobi for so many years and Konan figured them out right to the most minute detail and would have won if it wasn't for the rediculous izanagi.

There is no way that Temari's smarts can even compare to konan, she's smarter than Itachi by feats and Itachi is smarter than shikamaru (- think he is, shikamaru takes way too long to figure out things and always has back up to stoll for time).
