Temari's stamina is pathetic as far as feats have been displayed. she's drained so fast. Cast net is feat less and hasn't cut anything. A few inches into 3rd raikage is nothing when you consider his armor was down and, as far as we know, he was a normal guy at that point. Raikage's fist aren't a super powerful spear, it's only powerful when his raiton is up and he has 1 finger up. Same goes for his body, nothing suggests he has a super body when he's just chillin'.

Anyway, if cast net is the only argument here... I have bad new for you... Especially seeing as temari's never shown more than paper cuts with her jutsu.

That's your issue. He clearly isn't a normal guy by any means, since we know Futon blades can do this:

And he tanked it. Since a "normal guy" isn't more durable than a freaking forest, we can deduce the 3rd Raikage has natural durability.

And Futon blades are certainly more powerful than kunai, and Hidan's head was chopped off by a kunai.

would slice up Hidan, no need for Wind Cast net or Kiri kiri mae. Oh BTW, this attack is stronger than the B ranked Dai kamaitachi no jutsu so it is A ranked, much like chidori sharp spear, which also cuts Hidan up.

Considering that the only ones that Temari has attacked in Shippuden are Sasuke with his V2 susanoo, the 3rd Raikage with his extremely durable body and the Juubi itself, going by no limit fallacy, anyone with weaker defences and durability compared to these three effortlessly get cut up. I'm now using no limit fallacy since that is what the Hidan supporters are doing in this thread.

What next, Hidan survives a PS sword slash because the PS hasn't been shown of cutting a human in half?

Anyway I change my mind, Temari takes this low difficulty due to the horrible arguments for Hidan in this thread. Maybe Obito3631, Community46, Kusanagi or Orosanagi could provide better arguments.

Saying she can't pinpoint his neck would be amusing, considering she can pinpoint a Samurai's steel armour and break off the limb connections in the steel armour without difficulty. My opinion is subjective and so is yours.. I don't have to bend to your ideas just because Temari can cut a forest, a forest in which her actual target wasn't even killed by the Futon.

Wouldn't any blade have cut Hidan's head off with ease? The fact that it had Wind Chakra embedded into it really isn't that big of a deal. It just makes the blade itself stronger.

If she pinpoints his neck, how fast would the attack be? How far would she be from Hidan? Could Hidan dodge?

See, it's all subjective on how you put it out there. A pinpoint attack to the neck is great and all, but I doubt Hidan's going to stand there and take it..

Limb connections for armor are known to be the weaker parts of armor.

She gashed the Raikage when his Lightning armor was down, and this attack was also a collab, with a few shinobi assisting. FRS, the Raikage had his lightning armor up.

Hidan's not going to stand there.. He's shown to be very skillful in evasion.
