How did Minato teleport Sasuke and Naruto only? Obito was holding onto both of them. What Naruto did was use his cloak to have physical contact with both Sasuke and Minato so Minato could teleport them both through physical contact. But Obito too had a hold of Naruto so in theory he should have teleported with them... Please explain this to me if I am missing something?
Tell me this isn't a plot hole?

FTG seems to work through touch, which I presume allows Minato to transfer some of his chakra into another and teleport them with him. This would allow him to select who to teleport and not accidentally teleport his opponent (reference back to when Obito grabbed him and he teleported himself away from Kamui).
He obviously has complete control over the technique, and can choose which objects or people to move along with himself. I see no plot hole as it was never stated that the FTG had this sort of downside forcing him to move everything touching his chakra otherwise he wouldn't be able to choose which of his multiple kunai to transfer to.
Same way he ported the kyuubi but not gamabunta in the flashback. He can actively choose wha he ports as long as his chakra is somehow connect to the object. But in that case minato really shouldn't have ported the stuck on tbb then but I guess it was jus stuck within his cloak.

The OP was asking why Juubito wasn't teleported when Minato used FTG. As Juubito was in contact with Naruto and Sasuke, who were both in contact with Minato's chakra.
Actually a Sasuke fan boy would argue because he couldn't teleport Sasuke and Naruto w.o Naruto holding on to Sasuke, it disproves the previous theory he can teleport both without some sort of direct connection.He can choose. Lots of people. The chakra arms were used to connect Minato to Sasuke. However if Minato could teleport people as some claim he could. There would be no need for Naruto to touch anyone. He could just stand next to them and teleport whoever he chooses.
Well I never claimed such. Maybe he still can? I mean, he even made point to state he couldn't teleport to Obito anymore. It's plausible, but not very likely. Sorry for getting hostile :flowers
