Tekken the Movie Trailer!

So the trailer came out a couple days ago. I'm a big tekken fan but I generally hate all game movies. I loved the Mortal Kombat movie when I was kid but back then I thought a lot of things looked badass. This trailer looks pretty meh. Wasn't expecting much in the first place tbh. At the very least it looks better then the recently released Street Fighter Chun-Li movie xd

Apparently the budget is estimated to be 35m. For comparison's sake, District 9 was made for 30m. :|

LOL they went Bloodsport rippoff way..
Acting seems awfully bad..
But for the fans of the game still looks interesting and something to await for..
All the Tekken components seem to be there..

It's not a big budget for an action movie based on a huge franschise.. It's actually low budget given the name it carries..

That guy just doesn't pull the awesomeness of Jim Kazama..

Was not a DBZ movie.. Was an adaptation (a failed one at that) of part one of the series..
Silent Hill movie is pretty decent.. But seems like the only one..

yes, but i didnt mean adoptions of anime or cartoons, i ment like all marshall arts Jackie Chan, Jet Lee and all that crap movies, u know what I mean. A man comes with revenge in hes heart and beats the crap outa the bad guys, but not before he takes a beatin' himself, because then he wouldnt be able to make a big comeback from the dead. Im not saying that this is the same movie, Im just saying that im expecting it to be the same as the others...

They are all pretty corny but you have good ones in the genre..
Classics like Rocky,BloodSport,KickBox,Karate Kid..

This one is going to be obviously bad.. The acting just gave it away..

oh, and one more thing
The first thing that gave the film away as a bad one, at least to me, is when they started mixing the chinese/japanese actors with an american(or whatever his nationality is in the movie). From my experience this mix has proven to be fatal most of the time( im not saying all of the time).
This isnt a nazy/rasist whatever kind of bullsh*t, im just saying that at least from my point of view it isnt good. Xo)

However they have an explanation for that.. In Tekken most characters are from different nations..

oh, I forgot bout that, indeed, well, anyways I bet they've done a crappy job adopting the characters, but I wont say anything still, since I havent seen the movie yet Xo)
