Tekishutsu (Extraction) - Moofy. Scazze & Howard

One of the most common things to happen to a ninja is to get a foreign object lodged somewhere in his or her body. Normally, this poses an issue as these objects tend to be weapons which are normally designed to inflict even more damage when forcefully removed from your flesh. Medical ninjas, however, can use this skill to, in tandem with other skills you'll learn like blood coagulation for example, remove an object lodged in a body without further damaging the tissue around it. So, when a patient's body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the Medical Ninja places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.

Moofy, I want you to remove some rusty metal splinters from Scaze, Scaze I want you to remove some broken glass from Howard, and Howard I want you to remove some wood splinters from Moofy.

Luffy begins by pin-pointing where the injury laid. There he noticed metalic looking splinters lodged inside his class-mate's arm. The splinters appeared to have a brownish copper-like dusty tint to them, possibly indictating that they were rusted. This was not a good sign at all, as it increased the severity of the injury with infections. Before he could try and take out the foreign objects, Luffy would first need to cleanse the wounded area. He had already just cleanesed himself, so that no longer needed to be done. He approuched his class-mate as he began releasing aggressive-medical chakra around his palms. He then proceeded to hover his palms around the injured area, utilizing his chakra in and around the wound, as well as the splinters of metal, aiming to completely eliminate all the bateria, thus removing the possiblity of further injection. Once it was done, Luffy brought his hands closer to the wound, cupping his hands on either side of the injury while completely eliminating the aggresive-nature of his chakra. He would focus in a more calm and collected manner as he began fueling his chakra into the tissue around the injury, ever so slightly, forcefully taking control of it, in order to open the tissue up around the respective splinters of metal. He would then utilize his chakra as well to manipulate the splinters themselves, hovering them awat from the wound, and out of his classmate's system. Luffy finilized his treatment by releasing the manipulation over his class-mate's tissue and wrapping the wound tightly with bandages.

Sado took a deep breath as he released a pulse of chakra throughout his body quickly sterilizing his entire body with aggressive chakra. Pausing briefly he began to focus the chakra into his hands slowly reducing it's aggressive nature so that it wouldn't harm Luffy as he motioned with both hands over the wounds and the areas around them. After cleaning himself, and his patient he circulated his chakra in a long elliptical motion channeling it through his hands and into Luffy's body. Sado further circulated it around Luffy's entire body gathering as much information about the wounds as possible. With this he was able to tell how many wooden splinters were in his body, their orientation, depth, and composition as well as his patients pain and stress levels, on top of his blood pressure and heart rate. Hmmm, only twelve large splinters but there are twenty smaller nearly microscopic particles as well. Blood pressure seems stable.

Picking out the splinters seemed like it would be an easy thing to do so Sado placed both hands over the area where the splinters were and began to slowly channel chakra into Luffy's skin. As this happened the tissue began to move along with the chakra contracting and all at once pushing the splinters out. With an audible "tink, tink, tink" all twelve of the large toothpick sized splinters pushed out and fell to the ground.
The tiny nearly microscopic shrapnel would be harder and Sado realized this after getting the larger chunks out. He forced the chakra deeper into Luffy's muscles and the underlying tissue controlling the tissue to constrict around the small wooden splinters reorienting them so they were all facing upward as he again forced the tissue to push upward on them forcing them up and out of Luffy's skin like the larger splinters the smaller ones appeared out of Luffy's skin and fell to the ground. Sado yawned and performed the diagnosis skill a second time to make sure all of the splinters were removed before looking back towards the proctor for the next course of action.

Focusing moderate amounts of mildly aggressive chakra onto my hands, I would thoroughly cleanse both my hands and arms. Continuing onwards, I would lightly touch the area around Sado's glass stab wound and, once again, I would pool out medium amounts of lightly aggressive chakra to cleanse the area around Sado's wound as well as the glass itself, and even milder chakra to cleanse inside the wound site.
I would then, placing my hands above the wound site, funnel my chakra into Sado's body where it would circulate before reporting back to me. With the information obtained from Diagnosis I would be certain that Sado's wound is simply that - a mere flesh wound, and that no nerves, arteries, major veins or organs have been damaged. Proceeding then, I would place my hands to either side of the wound and flood my chakra into it. My chakra would serve to outline the parameters of the glass - identifying the exact shape and size of this foreign object, and would then begin the removal of this foreign object by manipulating the surrounding tissues, by doing so Sado's flesh would steadily and hamrless part away from the glass and, the glass, no longer grasped by Sado's flesh, would be easily removed by my clean hands.

Sado squirmed the entire time awkwardly like an impatient child at the doctors office. He moved abruptly, and moved the wounds site frequently making it that much harder for the person to extract the glass. He turned his head back and fourth making noises and calling out like a kid whining about nothing. Itttttt hurts. Nooo, stop it. You're using too much chakra.
Sado flexed his muscles as well in an attempt to make it harder for Scaze to get a lock on controlling the muscle and skin tissue making it more difficult to extract the glass from the wound itself causing small nicks and cuts as the glass moved through his flesh. Youuuu're doing it wrong. It's bllleeeding.
Once done Sado went back to acting as he normally did. He only seemed to act like an ass when Scaze needed to focus and perform the extraction skill making it more difficult for him to do so.

You can only use them if you are an appointed Doctor, to be a doctor you need to finish med-school, so to your question, no you can't...just yet.
