Technically Uchihas could be invincible

I think Uchihas at their best couldn't be beaten 1vs1. If we take an exemple of a Uchiha who has Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo, Izanami, Izanagi for example. He can end a fight with eye contact(regardless of opponents power). Even if you avoid eye contact, he can burn you with Amaterasu that you can't see coming if you don't look at his eye(unless you're a sensor). And he can also summon Susanoo which gives him one of the strongest defense in the manga and one of the strongest offense also. The only attacks we've seen so far who could break completly a full Susanoo are Jinton, Chibaku tensei, Madara's meteorite. Maybe TBB could also do that though, and not to forget that Madara said that Bijuus power are approximatively on the same level. S/T users are also capable to go through it(Tobi or Minato for example). Maybe Mokuton also since Hashirama has beaten Madara. So unless you have one of the skill i've said before, it become hard to fight them. You can only wait until the user of these techniques run out of chakra.

If you add that with Izanagi, he can't die for a certain amount of time, it's really overpowered. The weakness of the technique is that you lose your vision, and also some techniques(Susanoo and Amaterasu/tsukiyomi depending on which eye you use for it). And that's when i forget to mention that with Izanami they can put you in a genjutsu without eye contact(but certain circumstances are needed for that though like body feeling you must record 2times and the time you need to cast it, etc).

So basically a Uchiha who has all that, i don't really see how he can lose. I'm also wondering about what could happen if for example a Uchiha who has Amaterasu change his eye with someone who has kamui. Could he do Amaterasu and Kamui? Or does he still have Amaterasu but no kamui? Or he gain the power of the eye he steals(Kamui), but say good-bye to Amaterasu?

If it happen like on my first case, that means that maybe if you takes all the eyes of others, we can see a Uchiha who actually has Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo, Kamui, Izanagi, Izanami, Kotoamatsukami, Tobi's jutsu. If that could exist, i don't think it's beatable

That's why i've said "technically". Now thanks to plot no jutsu(or maybe there are methods to fight all that, that kishi ommited to say), Hashirama has beaten EMS Madara. But EMS Madara didn't had kotoamatsukami or Kamui. Maybe he didn't even had tsukiyomi or Amaterasu.

But seriously though, there is no such thing as invincible, but also as its been stated not everybody in the uchiha clan could unlock the sharingan and even few unlocked the ms. Secondly the senju and them are tied as the strongest. Also there are many ways to avoid sharingan genjutsu. Some more effective than others. Also no one person wields all the techniques you have listed

Take naruto's perfected beast mode that gives him enough chakra to at least repel 5 bijuu bombs, then balance that with natural chakra, what he have is beast sage mode, what yeah have is the potential for an explosion that wipes out one eighth of NU (which is much bigger than it sounds), this > perfect susanoo so far.

Pfft they've been running from uchihas for hundreds of years, however strong shinobi can beat them though.. without a doubt

I'm sorry but that is a pretty lame assumption, the senju knew all the jutsu, kekkei genkai does not > ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu mastery.

The senju had a legendary genjutsu master in their ranks, sharingan or not genjutsu that is powerful enough can reduce someone to a puddle.

If numbers were all that mattered multiple clans could have banded together to take out the uchiha.
