Summons are worthless without Contracts. Bijuu are worthless to the Jinchuuriki without taming them. In fact, they are a constant danger to him and need chakra to maintain the seal. Naruto tamed Kurama and made it his power.

Sasuke and Naruto are two of my favorite characters, if not my two most favorite characters. I love them because they are basically opposites but in the end, no matter, what they are equal in every power all the time.
