[Discussion] Technically, Sasuke should become hokage.

no offence but every bit of sasuke's possiblity of being hokage was demolished by the next manga page when he said he won't care for others,in that page he sounded like that little spoiled brat who just wanted a thing and decided to have it regardless of what everyone thought about the matter.
the panel where naruto remembered itachi's words says clearly that sasuke right now is on the same position as naruto when he was a kid,hated and shunned by everyone and he will help him to get aknowledged no doubt,but for naruto to give up on his dream as a hokage and jiraya and nagato's dream of achieving peace,he clearly said it no i'll be the one to be hokage.

I think that they will BOTH become Hokages and start a new way of the shinobi. Because until now there has only been one in charge but since the whole shinobi world is comming together now maybe they will have two Hokages or it will be like the first Hokage and madara... and they will fight to death but hopefully they both become hokages.
