Very true, anyone who denies that wasn't a clearly impressive reflexes feat is just a plain hater or in denial. Anyways, OP I think you forget to include Minato's intelligence or analytical fighting ability & battle experiences. Add that to his insane reflexes & FTG / STB variations is GG. Though I still believe there were shinobi's who were above his level. But technically, I agree with you. Nice thread & keep up!

Yes it appears to be chakra. It changes nothing thou. Why didnt jiraya just use raw chakra to erase amaterasu? Why dont itachi seal shit w/o totsuka?
Even death reaper seal u use chakra to summon/activate it but its not chakra that seals things. U use chakra to activate so6p gourd but its not chakra that seals ginkaku.
Consider seal as if magic encripture that uses chakra to get power, just like software uses electricity to run. Nor electricity alone nor just chakra has power on its own to accomplish things.

Not to mention there are far to different sort of seals in this manga. Many of them have different objectives and aplications, all of them take chakra to operate. Chakra itself is nothing, its just an energy. Seals are whats important.

U forgot to mention that bee's tentacle outspeeded minato's attemt to stab Ay, which wouldnt even work on raiton armour. So much for speed looser.

Naruto needed to put a great(greater distance than the one between Minato and Raikage) distance between him and Raikage while being in motion(so in a accelerating position), to effectively dodge the punch. Before that he couldn't even dodge one punch lol. Minato in the contrary, in a much closer distance, while being immobile from the start, not only dodged Raikage, but outspeded the guy. Minato is the one who will blitz Naruto since his reaction feats are far greater lol
