I'd say that about edo minato. Not regular. Given the insane speed boost kcm mode gives its user(making naruto world's fastest living shinobi). Minato who is already the world's fastest(of all time) becomes even faster. With Infinite chakra levels he can warp everything and with kcm mode he shouldn't even be able to be seen.

i have a better way, give 2 kunai's to a small toad summon and give him some instructions that Ma & Pa preparing for the sound genjutsu, and you are bringing the party, they are prepared to cast genjutsu, you teleport the guy you want to defeat right into the mount myoboku, now you have brought the party in the toad house, the guy will be raped bad.

And how do you know there are no active volcano in NV? Not because Kishi doesn't draw them that they don't exist. The only fail here is your post

I think Obito can defeat his due to his own S/T Jutsu. Depending on how versatile Tobirama's Hirashin is, he can also possibly survive the hypotheticaly event you suggest as well. Kakashi as well due to Kamui and I presume Kabuto could with Edo Tensei. However, you guys assume Minato can do all this without consequences. He has a chakra reserve - it is big, yes but not comparable from what we know to Naruto or Obito or Nagato... He can't constantly do the S/T Barrier and I presume the longer the distance, the more chakra it takes to send them there. Nice try and yes, Minato can solo nearly anyone.

Like what? Volcano is something natural. It's not as if NV was not based on our world

Also:
1- There is a huge difference between someone who is only capable to react by guarding himself and another one who is actually capable not only to react to the attack by escaping it, but also prepare his counter-attack before actually dodging said attack by landing his kunai in the perfect timing the attacker is already near his face, and counter-attack at the same moment speedblitzing the attacker

2- Juugo only counter V1 Raikage anyway when Minato was facing V2 Raikage
