No he cannot. Deidara flying away at a constant speed was enough to evade death.
And the only reason he absorbed Pains attack was because he knew it would have to go in front of Chouji to kill him so he knew where to place it. the speed at which kakashi can use it on opponents is slow. So no he cannot beat everyone with it. Hell most people he couldn't.

His leg would have caught amaterasu and he would have cut it off like his arm
Sasuke would have died,there was a gap between susanoo ribs in the front, where raikage was aiming to hit . Sasuke wouldn't survive a direct hit

And FYI kamui sucked away deidara arm , kakashi was aiming for head, use your brain

Kakashi doesnt have the stamina to use his kumai effectivly enough in battle. More than twice and he would barely be walking if hes still conscious. He is strong but not on the level of the recently displayed premiere ninja...(naruto, sasuke, itachi, tobi, nagato, mabey kabuto depending on edo)

Kamui is not instant, the only time it's instant is when the attack is coming toward kakashi's face like the nail and susano's arrow and as you can see when kakashi want to kamui the rocket bomb runnin after chouji it's not immediate so extremely fast character like 4th raikage, naruto, minato, 3rd raikage and a teleporter like tobi, this kind of jutsu shouldn't be use on naruto who is always w/ his clone when fightin. And many ppl can counter it suigestu, kabuto, danzo, oro, muu, susano users, tobirama etc

i don't see anyone saying it's not his and don't compare it to amaterasu, susano or tsukiyomi this is a jutsu they can use freely while kakashi can only use it when he is about to die or has no choice and this jutsu is very taxing on kakashi even 1 use of it against sasuke slow him down alot

Since Kamui is a jutsu you can use in an blink of eye and can be use even from far distance(in the contrary of Tsukiyomi or Amaterasu), normally you can hit every target you can see. Unless you escape from his field of vision(Kage bunshins, or a shield), it's nearly impossible to counter it. You can only hope that Kakashi run out of chakra quickly, but it seems like he can control it much more better, so i don't see it happening. What is also dangerous with the technique is that when it starts, you don't even know cuz it's nearly invisible(Deidara, or even Pain didn't knew when he absorbed his nail and went away cuz he thought he was already dead). So unless you have Raikages speed(who can surpass even the sharingan vision), or unless you can teleport yourself(Minato or Tobi), it's nearly impossible to dodge. You can try to feint him with Kage bunshins though.

So technically unless you have make bunshins before, Kamui is technically unavoidable unless you are as fast as Raikage or a S/T user like Tobi or Minato.

But that is only "technically" :noc:
