Minato: Speed/seals

Tsunade : Medical ninjutsu

Well, techniqually we haven't seen every other kage

We have seen many other Kage, plus, Konoha Hokage have always been the stronger ones ......

Madara can beat tobirama

Dms kabuto can beat any off them

Obito can beat minato

Naruto can beat hiruzen

obito cannot beat minato or hashirama and saying that naruto can beat hiruzen is quite the claim when you have no knowledge of how powerful he was in his youth. obito lost to minato before so give it up and if hashirama fought and defeated madara and kurama and survived the battle then it would absolutely ridiculous and completely biased to say that obito would beat hashirama.

I mean cause if your going to start counting non offensive techniques like medical jutsu as "strength" then i motion we throw in personality and charisma as well.

But to answer your post, ofcourse the hokage would be the strongest ninja in the village, that goes without saying. Thats like saying "Hey have you ever noticed that the stars of any given football team are often the best players on the team?"

Dsm kabuto can outrun minatos base speed easy.and he can tank rasengans all day.plus hes got the edo army..

Itachi tsukoyomis hiruzen and he cries like a betch

Meanwhile madara recreates the juubi(haha killer bee dies) and uses infinite tsukoyomi..gg hokage

1. Rikudo Tobi
2. Madara
3. BM Naruto
4. Kakashi
5. EMS Sasuke

Izuna
Obito (with both MS or Rineegan/MS combo)
Itachi
Sasuke
Shisui

or possibly 5 of these guys

Third Raikage

Kakashi
Jiraiya

Wehn i say competition, I mean it will be a decent fight, im not saying they will lose to the new teams
