technically, DMS Obito/DMS Kakashi can use kamui snipe while being intangible

let’s face it
first,nothing in the manga says they can't, I mean when it was stated that 1 MS Obito needs to be tangible in order to warp himself or others, that was because these techs need a solidified body
in order to use kamui on himself ,he needs to be tangible, also in order to warp others using short range version, he needs to touch the said objects first, that means he needs to be tangible

but when it comes to DMS obito/kakashi, there is nothing prevents them from sniping while being intangible, nothing in the manga says they can't even by logic, obito doesn't need to be solidified to snipe, as long range kamui doesn't need solidified body, it only needs a look to a target

Doubtful. Even a sick near death itachi was able to use Tsukuyomi twice and amaterasu twice then pull out susanno b4 death.

he can activat tuskuyomi at its eye and using amatrasu with the another, mean if the enemy looked at tus eye meanwhile, he’ll be put in genjutsu and shot with amatrasu

he didnt make this bone phase through him simply because ,if he had done, this bone would have shot naruto instead

That time he had only one Mangekyo. While focusing his eye on one thing you can't focus it on another thing. Its like filling a glass which is already full thats why he couldn't do it with one eye. But with two mangekyo is you can have two glasses of water and you won't spill your water.
