You know if team 9 is Rock Lee's team, Sakura and Lee can acutally solo.
That's a deadly combo, all that needs to happen is have lee put Sakura on his shoulder he goes 8 gates mode, and she heals him and punches people. he just serves as the speed.

Do you remember what happened to Lee, when he opened 6 gates during chuunin exam?? And here we are talking about 8 gates...
Even if I say that Rock Lee has gotten stronger and won't be that much injured and Sakura is far better medic now, if Tsunade(who is certainly the best medical ninja in NV) wasn't able to heal him in Part-1, without 'that operation', do you think Sakura can do that??:erm:

I dont mean the 8 gate, lol. Just going into the higest one he have shown and the injuries wouldn't be as severe if he is being healed constantly...
And i am sure that Sakura can do that operation on him, she and Tsunade are equal in medical ninjutsu
