Restrictions: Sauske Nor Madara Has EMS. So 2/3 Amseratsus are Max. Itachi is Healthy. Madara Dont Have 1st Hokage cells. Kakashi is Healthy but can only use the eye tech twice. Naruto Can only go into Chakra Mode as BM is too Op. and 4th hokage can only do ftg 3times.

And can for once a topic be started that doesnt have uchiha in the title. man i swear that is the only thing ever talked about on these forums. might as well be called uchihabase not narutobase. uchihas were strong yes, but they were arrogant and evil, and got wiped out because of it, which they well deserved. get over it.

not mad just annoyed that 9/10 of the threads on this forum are all about the same thing. gets old trying to find topics worth getting into a discussion on and having every single topic be about uchihas. dont get me wrong i think the uchihas were powerful and deserved attention but it just gets old seeing the same thing over and over and over again.
