Description: User utilizes his fire chakra and then creates jets of fire which will race towards his target and surround him or he can generate a rotating ring made of fire which he will launch towards his target. It can be used in combination with a wind jutsu to make the attack more powerful.

I want you to concentrate your fire chakra and aim it at that wooden clone *points to a random wooden clone*
You can:
A) Surround an opponent to cause a distraction or to trap them
or
B)You can concentrate a ring made of fire and aim it as an attack.

Keep the lighter on and then throw it and concentrate you fire chakra to create a wall of fire. The wall can be able to protect you or stop projectiles at you.

OKay for this you'll need a somes ort of cord or rope and tie it to your opponent then immediatly breathe fire into it.

Yeah the idea is perfect, but add a bit more chakra to it, make it like a coordinated string of huge fire not a small flame.

For this jutsu there will be no hand seals required, juts your ability to channel your fire chakra. Now focus your chakra to come out as a short ranged stream of flames at that wooden clone. Remember try to make it collapse.

Description: This jutsu is used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the mudballs fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.

For this jutsu your just going to concentrate your fire chakra and emit a fire bomb. Aim at the dummy.
Also for this jutsu, which I preferably like to use with Earth Dragon Bullet to make a Lava(Fire+Earth) combo, which makes the attack way greater and powerful. Just to let you know.
