water. . . well its a liquid. even if only a liquid holds enouf power to destroy lots of stuf like rocks. . . it conducts electricity. . . its good when used agaisnt fire based jutsus and weak agaisnt earth based jutsus.

thats good..but remember, water can destroy and give life, it can shift the earth but will flow around it as well.

good good..well i think gaara and decipher live in different time zones so i might have to train them seperatly..

ok!! i'll try!! -trys to concentrate is chakra and then trys to release mist but its not even enouf to cover decipher legs- O.O
i need more pratice.
