She can't, she is not Kushina, Karin's chains fade away when she gets some damage.

At a distance, I believe she can and also we don't know how far the reach can go. The chains might be faster than Naruto, and also she could direct them to the actual Naruto (since she's a sensor type) and bind him and/or injure him. Making the clones vanish.
