Sakura isn't faster than Jugo though.

Juugo's speed would prove difficult for Sakura IF, and only if, he entered full-retard-mode. Before that, I say Sakura can go toe-to-toe with him. Even if she's hit by a charged punch by Juugo, her Byakugou seal would automatically heal her. Multiple high-powered hits end him though such as Cherry Blossom Impact.

Don't forget, she also has Katsuyu who is extremely underrated on the base. Katsuyu can use it's Tongue Tooth Stick Acid which would melt Juugo's skin easily. It can also divide rapidly to evade attacks so that should ease the problem of it's big size. It's durability is crazy good, and if covering Sakura, she can possibly tank some of Juugo's retard-mode attacks.

Karin is not able to use Chakra Chains casually. Therefore, she is speed blitzed by Sai (rofl) and killed instantly.

In all seriousness, she hasn't displayed the ability to use them whenever she wants, so negate what you just said up there. She has insane durability since she can just bite herself and instantly heal. A warped head should end that though.

Even if chains are possible, she has to hit Naruto with them first. That can prove to be extremely difficult as Naruto is one of the fastest characters in the series.

True amaterasu is slowed by clothes but in Karin's case she still had burn wounds on her back. Plus it's not really clothing that's a problem with Amaterasu, it's armor.
