Well of course Team Hawk is stronger. It's the exact same people, but a later version of them. So it's obvious that Team Hawk would be more powerful.

im not quite sure. of course amaterasu is incredibly strong, but it has extreme side-effects, and sasuke abused cs in the fight against itachi, he's accostumed to it. secondly he had absorbed oro at that point, giving him the ability to use this reanimation technique, and his wounds healed faster.
at the moment team hawk is stronger, but sasuke might go blind, and he isnt used to his lack of physical strength yet.
