neji beats shikamaru
rock lee vs choji... is a tough one so im leaving that one out
ino vs tenten, i think ino wins because of her mind transfer ability

I think team Asuma.
Their team-work is really good, unlike team guy.
Before Neji can hit Shikamaru with his gentle fist Shikamaru would get him with his shadow-binding. Neji can only attack at close-range.
Ino could do an mind-transfer technique on Lee and make him attack Tenten.
And then we have Chouji too, who is quite strong.
And we must not forget that Shikamaru is a genius at thinking up strategies.

Team Asuma would totally beat team Guy.

Neji can hit Shika with midrange attacks as we've seen. His byakugan can see wherever Shika's shadow is coming from and is without a doubt faster than Shikamaru. Lee would be too fast for Ino to get him in mind transfer and Tenten can rain hell on Ino. Chouji's strength is his only asset right now, so Lee (with gates) can easily match that and overwhelm him with speed. And team Guy's teamwork isn't good? Have you not seen the fight against Kisame?

Ok well lets rule out Ten Ten cause she sucks lol and If Choji used his butterfly power he could beat lee probably i mean he basicly Killed the Asuma with One Punch all he'd have to do is land something and Lee would be done and Shikimaru is pretty fast actually, when he faught hidan and he connected the Shadow physically he came up pretty quick just saying and when Neji got close enough to make contact Shiki could just connect it physically and that'd be all she wrote

guy would beat asuma with morning peacock he wouldnt need afternoon tiger,
neji beats shikamaru with gentle fist, and byakugan
rock lee owns choji with 8 gates, or without leg weights
ten ten beats ino with ninja tools, (all she would need cause ino sucks)

SO TEAM GUY WINS :D
