I am assuming this is no intel... I think Team Sand wins.

A lot is riding on the basis that Lee would take off his weights and dispose of Temari and Kankuro quickly but i don't think that is the case. The added mass of weights should make Lee's kick pack more of a punch especially when his power/strength is increased by gates but Dosu was able to take a clear unobstructed hit and not get knocked out. [ ].... If his heavier kick doesn't guarantee a clear KO especially when amped by Gates, then that doesn't bode well in this match especially if he aims for Kankuro first. Kankuro doesn't get knocked out and Temari noticing how fast Lee is without his weights proceeds to attack Lee too.
Been awhile since we had a debate. Lee's added mass from weights is irrelevant when Lee is kicking upwards. The weights make it harder to kick upwards and the added mass would only factor if he placed that extra weight into side-way kicks to the back/front of the head/forehead , or downwards kicks like Naruto's Rendan finish.

-In regards to getting knocked out , There's a clear difference between getting a uppercut kick to the chin , compared to a direct heavy fist/kick to the back of the head or ur forehead , like Lee tried to do in the lower panels.

Just like p2 Sakura got knocked out cold by hitting the back of her head on a bridge , a heavy hit to the brain area at the forehead or back of the head would give damage and logical risk of getting knocked out. Besides , even if Kankuro doesn't get knocked out by the first hit he'd be dazed as fck , and it doesn't really matter since Lee can attack him again the moment he hits the ground injured from the first hit , or just attack Temari after then finish Kankuro with Temari's fan after Temari hits the floor. Ps. Joking about the fan lol.

Temari noticing then proceeding to attack Lee doesn't matter when 1st Gate weightless Lee is fast enough to avoid her swing and wind like the tiers slower Shikamru did at point-blank range while standing on kunai , of whom she even complemented for doing so. Not to mention she would risk hitting only an injured Kankuro.
If Gaara uses sand to defend Temari then Lee avoids it then attacks him , and since he's already much faster than the sand i think its safe to say that he'd hit Temari before the sand comes to her aid as the sand wont react as fast as if Gaara was the one being attacked.

Again, i'm assuming this is no intel so Temari and Kankuro have no problem forcing Lee to one side of the arena leaving Gaara due to their confidence in him.. at which point Lee is in danger of getting tagged by poison from Kankuro or getting his movements restricted due to being unable to tell when he switches with his puppet.
How would they have no problems forcing Lee to one side of the arena? Neji would surely tell Lee to go all out or he's dead after simply observing that Team-sand are clearly ranged fighters and clearly dangerous. So to protect his team and himself Lee will remove weights. Team-Sand will be overconfident like in Canon..

Weightless Lee wont get tagged by a poison bomb when Kankuro would hardly be able to visually track him in the first place , nor is Lee nearly as slow as Shino , nor is he standing on a tree like Shino was. Lee can literally blitz around the whole arena in a flash like Sasuke did never mind Shunshin.

Kankuro isn't fooling Lee by swapping with his puppet , when it was heavily implied that Kankuro swapped before his match in the CE not during it , which means Neji would tell Lee at the very start if Kankuro is already inside his puppet bag , which wreks that idea as Lee can beat his ass while he's wrapped up. Also , no way is that puppet restraining weightless Lee like it did Mr. fantastic when it would need to grab Lee first. Good luck doing that when Gaara's sand failed to follow Sasuke at all.

Im not addressing the rest of ur post since u aimed it towards Haizaki's , not mine.
