Team Suigetsu stands no chance. First of all, Karin's not even a fighter so that essentially makes it a 3v2 which makes it more of an overkill than it already is. She could heal them but it takes too much time to bite her. She'd find no time to heal them.
Gaara could take both Suigetsu and Jugo at the same time. Kimimaro was strong enough to hold Jugo back. Even in his weakened state it seems. Gaara was able to take Kimimaro down back then and he's even stronger now, which stands to reason that he could beat Jugo. Suigetsu might, and I stress might, be able to hinder Gaara a little bit if he uses his water techniques strategically but even then I still don't think he could beat him.
At the off chance that Gaara can't beat them alone he still has Kankuro and Temari. Kankuro is a master puppeteer who has Sasori in his arsenal, and Temari is a highly skilled Wind user.
Even more, they are the Sand Siblings. They've been a team since they were children. There's no doubt they'd be able to come up with and execute perfect combination attacks and strategies because of how long they've been working together.
Even during the Chuunin Exams when they were little kids no one could match with them. Now they've risen to the ranks of Kazekage, Jounin and Jounin. It should be obvious how strong they are.
