Team 7= worst teacher? rofl

Yo is it me or did team 7 really have the worst teacher out of all the teams? No offense to Kakashi on this one.. but "teaching" just ain't his thing man. He is more of a "singles" trainer rather than a team trainer.

- the trio become genin

- only they learn how to use ... is chakra control

- He signs them up for the chunin exams..... without failing to realize Sakura has no special techniques to use. And that Naruto isn't that skilled.

Though one can say its bad on kishimoto's part.. but eh, it fits Kakashi's character normally. He was more into Sasuke from the get go. I also, believe its probably because Kakashi didn't want to be a jounin teacher in the first place. x-x

Yeah... Asuma did that much better than him...

Kakashi is awesome at training individually (example: Sasuke at the chunnin exams and Naruto in the Kakuzu arc), as a team he kinda sucks

he was a horrible sensei. Only taught sasuke and literally left naruto with ebisu. Kishi did the right thing by allowing team 7 to train under sannins.

-Gai focused on Lee. Neji was already really skilled, Tenten literally had no character growth and was never really in the picture
-Asuma focused on Shikamaru, both acted similar. The only reason he was their leader was because the Sarutobi clan works well with Nara, Yamanaka and Choji's clan
-Kurenai focused on Hinata

Each of them played favorites and weren't all that great of teachers. The only problem Kakashi had was dealing with 2 outsiders that lost everything they ever had

Each one had developed some jutsu because each student was part of a distinguished clan in the leaf. All of them only used their clans jutsus. Naruto never did because his clan was long gone and same with Sasuke, Sakura wasn't part of a clan and like I said before Tenten was just blah.
-You can't really blame Kakashi for what was given to him. If he was given any of the other students he would be fine. He was only chosen to teach because he had sharingan to suppress the 9 tails and also help Sasuke if he ever got sharingan. That was his main job to begin with
