I think this version is better. However, what does the genjutsu stat include? If it's just casting genjutsu, then everyone but Sasuke and Kakashi should have a 0. If it includes resisting genjutsu maybe Naruto's should be a little higher.

I'd at least give Naruto a 3 in genjutsu (3.5) thanks to Kurama

I already gave naruto a boost in genjutsu. Due to his super chakra control in BM. but genjutsu takes time to learn so I don't think naruto will be casting genjutsu anytime soon.

Naruto's intelligence has certainly improved but not enough for me to give him a +1 or +1.5 increase.
