it should be higher but on my version I gave her a 3.5 nothing higher considering her only impressing feat was summoning katsuyu and healing between 50-100 ninjas.

Naruto's intelligence has certainly improved but not enough for me to give him a +1 or +1.5 increase.

That's a lot more precise then 1.5.
And also her intelligence is at least 4.5 not 3.5

i edited it ... i added the int for kakashi and now he have 35 points (i forgot the int)

Sakura's stats are too low. You ought to know its much a lot higher than that since she go that Yin Seal. You also lower some of her stuff, WHY?
