They're not allowed in Versus Colosseum; this should be in NDS or General Discussion, and then I think it's fine.

Anyway:

Iron Man solos
Thor solos

Spidey isn't technically in the Avengers, but he also solos; also, Spidey-Sense detects inanimate objects, so it's superior to SM in that sense; but SM has a better range.

This is the same dude that can keep up with a jet plane, right? And he's protected from genjutsu by default (including Frog Song; I doubt that he can't just mute the speakers in his suit or something).

Even with no intel:

If Iron Man uses ranged attacks, and Sasuke uses Ameno, Iron Man will probably be out of Sasuke's range, so Sasuke will have to Ameno with something else. Iron Man suddenly has intel on Ameno, and doesn't fall into the trap of getting switched into one of his own attacks. And Ameno has recharge time, so Iron Man could force Sasuke to use it and then take advantage of the cooldown.

I don't really see Ameno being a threat to Iron Man.
