Flames so early in the afternoon. I won't say much on the list other. But just generally, Naruto doesn't use hand seals much, so he really sucks at that, also for genjutsu, Naruto himself isn't good at genjutsu, Ma and Pa are, most people make vague arguments with this point. Also i'm not entirely sure how strong Susano'o is, i'm not saying it isn't strong, 'cause it definitely is, but it seems like another inconsistency. Yeah, i didn't read Sakura's, not much to say on that.

about genjtusu. Being Perfect Jin could give him that due to Genjtusu category NOT JUST including use of Genjtusu but also WAY TO RESIST/DEFEND himself/herself against Genjutsu.

Handseals, well it is true... but he was able use summoning no technique finally and it uses few handseals so he improved in it a bit, at least I believe he deserves this 0,5 point added.

In skill naruto and sasuke are pretty on par. Are that's what we have gained from recent chapters.

Not quite, close to each other but Sasuke has edge on Naruto.

Supperior EMS Sasuke's skills: vast amount of techniques, Genjutsu, handseals
Supperior BSM Naruto's skills: Taijutsu,

Supperior EMS Sasuke's stats: handseals
Supperior BSM Naruto's stats: speed, strength, stamina, Taijutsu, intelligence.

But some stats are not counted as skills, that what I think. I hope it clear up

You and others are claiming Sasuke was blind to the point that he can't do anything.
That is false as he was never truly blind, his eye-sight had deteriorated to the same point Itachi's did during their fight.

Itachi AND Sasuke already proved that they were able to fight and respond to combat with their eye-sight deteriorated, now you guys are saying Sasuke was fully blind and I would like you guys to provide a scan of that.

All you've shown is Sasuke's eye-sight deteriorating to a point where his vision is as bad as Itachis once was, but that didn't effect his skills.

I never said he was full blind, i'm saying if he's full blind he wouldn't be able to fight 100%. He would go from smoove to noob, if he does have sensing abilities then that's good.

Why are Sakura's stats buffed with byakugou different? How can the seal on her buff her stamina from what it already was? I have to disagree with that. She deserves at least a 4 in stamina.

I think she will be given a solid 5 in strength as well. other than that i got no complaints.

Speed, strength, stamina and intelligence are not skills but just physical or mind traits...

Skills are: Taijtusu, NInjutsu, Genjtusu and handseals

Sasuke has upper hand in Genjutsu and handseals while Naruto has just in Taijtusu... that why Naruto looses in battle for skills category.

Well I thoughts she has stored her chakra maybe stamina too in that byakogou seal.
Well I changed it, now BASE Sakura has 4 in stamina

Idk about strength... PLEASE KEEP in MIND THAT BY BASE SAKURA I MEAN NOT EVEN CHAKRA ENHANCEMENTS(so no use of chakra to enhance her strength that why I put her on that number and not above.)
