Onoki & Ay combo instantly gets rid of someone of team Sharingan or at least put considerable pressure on them. Together with Gaara and Mei who'll be bombarding the Sharingans with huge long range jutsus, they won't have time for retaliation.
Ultimately, team Sharingan has no counter for the combo the Gokage pulled off against Madara, eventually earning them the win.

This is beyond ridiculous. Part1 Tsunade has already shown more impressive speed feats than Manda, let alone war arc Tsunade who was keeping up with an EMS user. Manda gets sent to the oblivion by Tsunade's kick. He isn't even a factor in a battle like this, not when every member of the Gokage bar Gaara has the potential to oneshot him.
