They won't really be able to get Gaara in it if he flys out of range also he knows how to fight uchia

Onooki has too much expirances to get caught in it to easily

Sharigan gets stronger with every increase in power so Ay got caught in madara ems genjutsu but got out due to onooki. After tht he continued fighting no prob

Non of the tomoe Jutsu will not effect any of these kages to heavily if an ems one didn't


Also while itachi may have shown to be better at madara in terms of genjutsu and even Thts debatable

It's obvious tht madara ems genjutsu >>> itachi 3 tomoe genjutsu which again didn't really do nothing to Ay
