Minato > Naruto: We all saw how speed isn't everything in Nagato v. KM Naruto / Killer B (Itachi Uchiha had to bail them out).
Sasuke (MS) might be inferior to Itachi (MS) but it's closer than people give Sasuke credit for.
Killer B > A, I agree fully there.
Please give reason(s) why.

minato>naruto . mainly because naruto may have sheer raw power but he would never hit minato with any of those rasengans , and naruto just isnt smart enough yet, minato's battle experience and knowledge i think wins this

Naruto > Minato; Speed is a factor, but not the only one, I agree. Power, Naruto has it. KM Naruto I think would have a slight edge over Minato, in overall standing.
The Itachi vs. Sasuke fight showed clear evidence that Itachi could have easily killed Sasuke if he tried to. But, he didnt. He let Sasuke win.

and who ever said naruto was faster than minato? i recall raikage saying " the only other person to dodge my attack was your father" that definitely does not mean naruto is faster than minato, it would be speculation to say naruto is faster, at best we can say naruto is = to minato in speed, and in power beats minato, but in intelligence i give naruto a 2 and the genius a 5, if you think intelligence is definitely not a factor in a fight then great, naruto may have cool new rasengans but i would love to see how naruto will hit him when they are equalspeed

Sasuke has EMS that has his eyes and Itachi's eyes, thus basically making him Itachi plus Sasuke, which is obviously better than Itachi (sorry fanboys).
Bee is basically A, but with the Hachibi instead of lightning armor. And Bee took A down in a somewhat-recent chapter.
Now, Minato and Naruto is interesting. While Minatos FTG is impressive, Naruto nearly matches it with speed alone, and speed doesn't require pre-set seals. Then add Kyuubi and Sage Mode to it, I'd say Naruto wins. But by that point, Sasuke and Bee will be done with their fights and team up on Naruto, and let's face it, another jinchuriki and the EMS against one jinchuriki... Naruto's out.
