Well since I need to take on a senpai and I've pondered long enough, I'm just going to open this for anyone who thinks they are qualified.

I'll leave this open for a week or so before choosing and after taking my pick I'll have to submit it for approval by the heads of the training grounds so no promises that you'll be approved (not that I would pick you if I didn't think you were more then capable of the job though)

i believe i am qualified enough to be your sempai sensei, i have mastered 4 basic elemental natures, being wind, fire, water and lightning. Having an almost A rank earth, but I would finish it in no time at all. I have been on NB for practically 2years now so I have had enough time to go through what I have learnt in my training time and also in the battle arena, thus allowing me have a grasp of the techniques i have learned. I have never been banned before nor do i intend on being and i have a good online time, good enough to train students effectively.

No i haven't taught before but i would really love to teach.

i believe i'm good in the battling section, which includes RP, but if you mean elements then fire, water and lightning Are what i'm good at, cause they were the first 3 elements I completed, so i spent a lot more time using those techniques, allowing me understand them properly and know the right and wrong use of them.

How many students you'd be willing to take on (doesn't have to be all of them since I have about 25 of them)
Probably 10 when and if i start, that is 2 in each section/element, and not dual training, I say two in each section, because its more of a test run for you to see but as i go further in training, 25 would be better, having 5 in each element.(and can do more if you let me)

i would really like to become a sempai, i've been dreaming of being a sempai ever since my training was almost complete, that is because i too would like to give back to the narutobase community, helping new rp'ers find their way and teaching them properly with a certified template like yours(which I have trained with, under you and mathias sensei), i have a good online time cause i come on nb every day and spend up to 2 hours or More each time i log in, and i log in almost the whole day. i have never been inactive before nor do i intend on being for a long time. If I am picked as your sempai, i would use your training template to teach, not because its yours but because the template really helps the student to understand and relate to the technique that they are learning better(like I said I learnt using that template so i know of this), also i would like to be Your sempai because I would like to learn more, cause here on NB you cant really stop. I'm hoping that being your sempai would give room for that, also I would like to ease you on your work load just incase you need me to and take on your students whenever you have something in RL to take care off.

Errmmm haha tricky. I have not on here, but!
I believe Im qualified, both in two aspects.
The first being that I love studying Naruto, reading through all the techniques, learning how they do them, and the interactions between people and other techniques. Even jutsu and techniques I dont have I love reading upon and knowing how that are done.
Second, is that Im actually a teacher as a job! Its only my first year, because Im 22, but Ive almost finished my first year ^__^.

The Basic 5

Lighting: Lighting chakra, personally I consider it one of my favorite elements. Its a intense element with high frequency and speed, which makes this element the most toughest to control but, very lethal if used correctly. Now if I had to some up why Lighting is such a good element its basically because of its attacking potential though it has been spotted to with abilities for defense and supplementary its obvious to say lighting is much more known for its attacking ability then anything else.
Ways how lighting is such a potent element in its respected field of offense is because of the ways you use lighting in the hope of battle, lighting is a element that pierces, shocks, paralyzes and in some cases can burn. What I mean by burn is lets say we send a lighting attack towards a tree, the tree will catch flame, if I send lighting to armor, the armor will sometimes be burned and to hot to use.
Now lighting is great to use for combos which again just adds to its attack potential. One way that is a obvious one like water, sending lighting towards water, the water acts as a insulator and makes the lighting travel through the water increasing the attack abilities of water and shocking the opponent. One with fire Depends on the type of lighting and fire jutsu, quite frankly if you add the two it would shock and burn the opponent at the same time. Lets say we added a lighting jutsu like false lighting spear (S-Rank) and sent it towards the opponent, then added a fire stream (A-Rank) the spear would be engulfed in fire, so when it hits the opponent it will pierce through him and shock the area like how lighting is supposed to be, but also be burned badly with the fire added.
The ideas go on and on with how lighting can be used. Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart but weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.
Also a added note lighting is not as fast as regular natural lighting. Lighting we make out of chakra runs as fast but nowhere near the speed of natural lighting.

Fire: The element which I believe is the most misunderstood of them all. To explain why its quite easy. People look at fire as a destructive element though it is true like lighting its purpose of it is mainly offense but they say that it is difficult to control or it can even hurt the user if not under control. Fire is a element like all the others it requires deep control people when they think of fire they think of it as destruction but that is the mind set of a fool. Fire is warm and gentle. If controlled proper it can be your best friend in battle.
The purpose of fire is to burn and engulf. It can cover large areas and change the terrain in nothing but ash. I always looked at fire as a potent element which can go hand in hand with literally all of the other elements very kindly. With water you can create water vapor hindering opponent vision. With lighting you can add the two together to create a great attack (Like I explain at lighting section), with earth you can burn mud and make it molten hot, burning on contact. With wind you can create much larger flames since fire feeds on the oxygen in wind.
Fire known widely for its ability in attacking. It burns and can cause serious burns that can damage the opponent with ease. One thing great about fire is how most of the techs can be used not only to hurt a opponent but change the terrain up for your advantage since fire can reach up to great lengths. Another way is if you send flames towards the sky it can cause storm clouds to form and easily use the natural lighting in the clouds.
Added notes Fire is strong against wind because the air feeds the flames but weak against water because it cools and smothers them.

Wind- A very durable nature Its a powerful and explosive type nature, which components relies on cutting and blowing away. To be honest I always like wind and its ability, I love the calmness of wind itself it might seem like nothing but it amazes me its abilities and how it can be used. As you said a small breeze can cut through a tree, I find that amazing almost deceiving its not like other elements because its such an unexpected type of element.
Now if I had to get into the facts of wind itself, like I said it has many ways of attacking one being cutting. The cutting abilities to me is fascinating, the sharpness and accuracy is amazing. The fact a clean slice of wind can cut through a huge boulder with ease does impress. It also has the blowing component which again is very useful in battle, to blow away attacks coming your way and make them go off track, the power of the blow can knock a animal to the ground. For one, we have the ability to create long and short powerful gusts of flowing wind. Mainly these techniques that are designed to provide resistance against oncoming attacks, reversing the trajectory of weaponry.
There is also vacuum or suction power that can be generated, drawing objects in for close combat and making the opponent lose balance or sucking away the oxygen for suffocation. But probably the most famous property we know of is when Asuma demonstrated that wind chakra can be channeled through weapons to increase its power and cutting.
Wind is also such a proficient element mainly because wind is all around us, wind can be accessed any where in this earth. It can take out lighting with ease because wind acts as a natural insulator, but it has weakness against fire because fire tends to feed on the oxygen in the air and will get bigger but it doesn't mean its impossible to take fire out as well. Wind blows so with a powerful enough attack it can blow fire out, a example is when you lighting a match you can blow it out if you blow heavy but blow little and the flames get out of control.
Another thing that gives wind a formidable effect in battle is what you are able to create with it, like large tornadoes to destroy the terrain, or countless wind projectiles to cut your enemies to bits. Wind has countless abilities and ideas the creativity of wind is boundless.

Water: The most fluid of all the elements its main properties vary with many things it can be free flowing and flexible, it can be used to create large amount of water to literally push back an opponent and make the suffocate, sharpen to impale a opponent on contact. Its calm nature makes it very easy to control unlike the other elements. But like mentioned its also a very destructive nature if used correctly. With it you can summon a large amount of water which can like I said, push a opponent back and hurt them. But its not all it can break in some cases if used with enough water can break many trees, plants, and cause serious terrain change. It can also out wait on the opponent making it hard for movement. Its ability to impale or pierce is also strong not as potent as lighting but it can still cause serious cuts and stabs which can seriously hurt a opponent.
Like I mentioned in the above elements water can be used with many combos, I don't want to repeat typing them to waste your time.
Water is strong against fire because it naturally extinguishes the flames (though a sufficiently powerful fire technique can cause evaporation) but is weak against earth because earth structures can dissipate the force of water rendering the technique ineffective. it can be used with Wind Release to increase the speed and destructive power of a water technique.

Earth- Well I would be lying if I said earth is not my favorite element. Because I love earth release. Earth Release is often considered the element of sturdiness and durability. Its powerful and hard to destroy. A rock for example can stay unhurt for years and years. Just a small example for how sturdy earth is. But what really takes the cake for earth is in my opinion it has the most abilities.
I can consider the perfect balance of defense, offense, and supplementary. Earth can create many large walls to stop incoming attacks, it can with stand heavy burning attacks. Large water attacks are easily blocked since water is weak against earth. It can withstand heavy winds or terrible storms, due to earths sturdiness. Though lighting can still travel through and destroy earth. With supplementary will the ideas is endless, earth is every where around us, we can use it to make the ground shake and have our opponent lose there balance, we can travel through the ground and do a sneak attack, we can raise dust around the user and hinder there vision. Just a few example. Offense wise it can crush, cover wide range, and destroy many barriers while being used for attack.
We have seen earth armor which can be used to withstand attacks that come out of nowhere. It can enhance the strength of the attacks in taijutsu but it can slow a user down due to earth natural heavy affinity.
You can control the weight of rocks as well which is awesome in many cases in battle. Though it does have some back lash as well as great component to it.
Earth has a component to it which is mud, though it might seem the same, its different. If I send a rock at a opponent it will crush them, if I send mud it will slap and push them back. Though mud can hinder the vision if aimed at the eyes because mud is hard to get out.

So this is just a brief summary of the basic 5, to try and show you my intelligence with it.

Well its always been my desire to become a senpai, not for the fancy name or all but mainly because I love teaching others and helping who ever I can out. I want to try and be the right type of senpai who will never decline a student, I have plenty of free time so I know I can handle a wide amount of students. I want to be helpful and teach them not only the basic 5 but to be a good RPers, to enjoy the RP itself and to make them better then they can be for the RP. I want to help the RP teaching system and try to develop teaching methods, help out others who need the help without any decline, and being as fair as I can for the training system. I want to gain the experience to also teach beside you as you are my sensei so we can communicate well with one another about the teaching methods. I love the essence of teachings others and I feel great making others happy and if it means by needing to teach them the elements then I'm more then willing to do so. Like I said I have plenty of time towards the day, my GMT is +5. Also to add notes I want to someday become a great sensei to further improve and help others in teaching them so I think this would be great for me to further help me out in gain the necessary experience to become one.

I have plenty experience when it comes to knowing the basic 5, being in many battles and sparm also utilizing different combos and counters I think my knowledge on the basic 5 are on par for becoming a senpai and teaching others who to utilize the elements. But I don't want to simply teach a element, I want to also improves one ability on knowing how to use the elements inside and out, how to battle with the elements to its fullest potential but most of all to have others know that the purpose of all of this is for fun and to enjoy the training, to have fun, and become great RPers.
on, its various I would say a 5-6 hours weekdays, all day weekends. I will fully commit myself towards the teaching of others, because its basically a passion of mine to teach others.

Lately the nw has been pretty boring and before that it was just plain crap. People arguing over every little thing. It just wasn't fun for me. The sad part about it, that is where i did a majority of my battles. The reason for this is every time i go in the ba section and make a thread, everyone ignores it. And that's fine, but without the nw i don't really battle anymore. SO I'd say my specialty would be teaching. In school now, i am preparing myself to become a teacher.

Students

Student, i am a very busy person, but i can't work any other way. I love having to have to balance certain things, nb is one of those things. With my schedule currently, i think i can handle 8 students. And most likely finish them within a month and a half or less with the method i have in mind.

I think i am a good choice for your senpai spot because, unlike most new gen rpers. My training was an actual training, i can say that in a majority of my training sessions we rped and had fun. It wasn't always "post technique you do it." It was slow and i actually absorbed most of what they were teaching me. I hated that it took me so long. I had to watch as people i had a year advantage on passed me in training wise. Even now i'm still not ready to take the sensei test while everyone else can. So until i am ready, senpai will be more then enough. I'd appreciate it greatly if i was chosen. Along with this i sent you a pm roughly a month ago about this. With a little thought and help, i think my training method would help newer rpers learn about the basics of rping as well as have fun. It wouldn't be so mechanical and by the book. But it is just a rough idea, so if needed i can always go back to the book method.

I am currently a wood shisou. I have completed a handful of peoples training in the three months I've been a shisou.

I specialize in water, earth and wood. In most of my battles I only use these three elements but that's to stay cannon and make fights a little more interesting.

I would take from 10 to 15, maybe more as I have a very hard time saying no to people.

Well I have been rping for a year and seven months. In that time have spent at least ten hours a day on NB. I have read ever thing about the rp and ever thing involving the rp. And with a village that has quite a few newbs I am the one to answer most of their questions, so I have a lot of knowledge about the rp and can answer all most any question that my students my have and if they have a question I can't answer I will usually find out and tell them. Also I was thinking of going for sensei in the future and id like to be a senpai first as to get accustomed to having a lot of students.

Aspects of the RP you specialize in or excel at: I mostly use canon Water, Earth, fire, Wood elements, Toad techniques. I don't specialize in anything per se, but I'm adept with and enjoy using canon water, earth, fire, wood jutsus, Toad techniques.

How many students you'd be willing to take on? If accepted I can take 3-5 per element and will be able to reply at least once per day for about 5-6 days a week under normal circumstances.

By officially I mean as a senpai, shishou, etc. But I have good knowledge of how the teaching and overall RP system here runs considering that I've been actively RPing on this forum for about 2 years now but never gotten the chance to teach officially .-.

I engage in battles occasionally and I happen to win more battles than I lose so I excel there.
If given the chance, I know I'll excel in the teaching aspect too as I have fair knowledge of RP stuff that I willingly want to pass on.

10 for starters. That is 2 students on each basic 5 element. With time, I may be willing to take on more as my schedule permits.

As I stated earlier, I have been actively RPing for over 2 years but still haven't gotten a chance to prove myself through training and I'm beginning to get bored as I can't contribute to this RP forum as much as I want to. Wind, its my favorite element and the one I use mostly in battles. I fully understand its workings and the core of the techniques originated from it

I am an active role player with a good average online time of 5-6 hours so realistically I would be fully able to take 15+ students and train them efficiently in the process.

Any other noteworthy information: I cant say that I am the best person or what not as that is left for only you to decide, or come up with countless reasons why I deserve this, truth be told they are some here present who have trained before and have prior experiences which I don’t have but I do have one thing which is shear will power and determination and that is the mindset I apply both in real life and in the role play, I made a vouch to myself that before applying to become sensei regardless of me failing or passing I would become a sempai to gain experience and only then will I truly feel I deserve the “orange name” will I apply, so that is why I want to be a sempai ,in this case your sempai, many current sensei some years back where once sempais and I witnessed how there sensei guided them and tutored them in various aspect of teaching make them a better sensei today, I abide by rules and have respect for authority, I have not been infracted or banned since the new year began, I am an active role player with 2 years of experience under my belt and most of all I am a hard worker, so I can assure you no slouching off or lazing around on the job, I used to be part of that group you know? The group of members who constantly whine about there being “no sensei or sempai” and how the rp is all shitty, but it wasn’t until not too long ago that I realized the actual work this sensei and sempai do, and I vouched to become one to take on as many students as I can within reason off course, regardless of whether I am chosen or not it was a pleasure getting the chance to apply for this opportunity, Good day and God bless.

I guess you remember me, don't you? I have been here for about 2 years now and have fought you too. Haha, I might have been a lazy ass before but the reason I came back here was to improve myself in the aspects of RP. To be very serious, I have come back to NB for a reason. I came back to become a responsible village member and a sensei. I always wanted to be one and have been trained in various training styles. I have also developed my own, that will surely satisfy both the student and you. I remember when I last fought you I was DESTROYED and I am sure I have risen above that level far earlier and I will, I swear, work my ass of in each training session.

I always have been an RPer to create the environment and the whole RP scenario in a battle. I specialize in Genjutsu and wind mostly but I prefer all-round balanced fighting. I love utilizing all the available techs and taking risks for better combos and defenses.
How many students are you willing to take on?

To be honest, I always believed in quality over quantity. I can take 10 students max, and give them the best training they would hope to achieve. I am not lazy, sensei. I will undoubtedly try my best to help them achieve perfection in what they learn.

Other note-worthy information:

As I told you before, Sensei, I have had spend 2 years of my life here in NB with active RPing. I really believe if you give me this opportunity, I will prove my worth. There are always more students than the teachers here and I am very willing to dedicate myself for them. It is a gain for both the student and the teacher. I want to build up required experience to be a sensei myself, too. I hope you understand, sensei. I have been here when you weren't a sensei and a growing RPer. I always had a feeling of an active fighter when I saw your name. So PLEASE, allow me to have this chance and show you that you haven't made a mistake choosing me.

Naw, but i don't really have anything i specialize in. I simply work with all fields I'm given. If i really had to choose a favorite element; it would be water because of its versatility.

How many students you'd be willing to take on (doesn't have to be all of them since I have about 25 of them)
-Meh, doesn't matter tbh. As you can see, I have tons of free time xD so i could accommodate for at least 3 per element until further notice.
