This would be useful in battle when it comes to blending them with other clones, wasting attacks on these clones with no substances and unnecessarily distract the opponent as these clones keep making it through successive hits (though they'll eventually realize).
It definitely would. If they all decided to branch off in different directions, the opponent wouldn't know who to attack first. Pair this with Suiton clones who just reform when hit (Kunai/Shuriken), they might even have to waste multiple attacks to take out the clones.

These next few jutsus have you jumping up and spinning in a 360 manner while tossing out weapons.
How can this be used in different ways, such as offensively and defensively?
Well a jutsu like that would be useful when facing multiple clones, fending off multiple weapon attacks from your opponent and preventing your opponent from using techniques.
I could imagine it being useful when using Earth Release: Earth Rampart and attacking the opponent from the top of it to prevent having time to counter your jutsu.

Excellent, such a jutsu would actually prevent your opponent from using short range attacks such as Taijutsu (which is often times very deadly up close and instantaneous).
And that's an interesting idea...
So on the other hand, how would you stop an opponent using such a jutsu?
Countering such a jutsu ? My style mostly involves making physical attacks ineffective, meaning i would probably harden my body with Earth Release: Earth Spear to tank the shuriken but also have an opportunity to get up close and land a direct attack.

Alright, do you remember that jutsu when you send lightning into the clouds and then have them crash down onto people?
That's a very important jutsu as it allows you to control the area above your opponent. While they are focused spinning around in a 360 manner, it will take them some time to regain their balance, thus allowing you enough to time to break them out of this jutsu.
So keep this in mind the next time you see anyone use this.
Both of these jutsus are similar to one another, except the scroll taking up a bit of mass, so you would actually spin for a shorter time, and a slower momentum.

Desciption: The user pulls out a scroll and rotates it around himself. Many spiked metal balls burst forth from the scroll to strike any nearby opponents or discourage them from using close ranged attacks.
For this next one, I will hand you two small scrolls.
Keep in mind that scrolls are usually light and you can keep a lot of them in your pocket. Just apply a bit of chakra to them to unfold them and summon whatever has been stored in there.
Unfurl these scrolls rapidly towards my clone, both scrolls directed at his feet, so that when you summon the weapons that have been stored in it previously, they will knock my clone up in the air due to the force.
Then after that, toss a chain (I will also hand you one), towards the foot of your opponent. Aim to interlock it around both his feet and drag him back down in a painful manner.
I'll bare that in mind, i try to find efficient counters to as many things as possible xd.
*Taking the scrolls and chain from Ahikio, i position myself a good distance away from his clone and rapidly unfurl them towards his clone's feet. The weapons then knock the clone high up into the air and i proceed to throw the chain and wrap it firmly around its leg. Finally, i suddenly and forcefully tug down on the chain and cause it to crash down onto the ground*
That chain part just inspired my new CJ for Kakuzu's dark threads, thanks xd

2. Where did you crash him upon ground?
3. How is my clone hurt?
Sorry, it was a handful typing all of that in one go xd
1) Maces and spherical Makabishis were used to knock him vertically. The spikes also impaled his feet as additional damage
2) The crashed him back down onto the weapons used to knock him upwards
3) Impaled, fall damage, bruised legs/feet and pretty much f*cked up :rofl:

Alright, so I want you to recall what I told you about ninja tools because these next few jutsus are really similar to one another. What you basically do is jump up and start spinning in a 360 manner, throwing out ninja weapons as you do so.

I want you to surpress your chakra to the point where your signature can not be detected or felt by me.
Explain why this is important in a battle.
Concealing your physical presence could give you the element of surprise but you could still be sensed via chakra sensory and etc. So to completely ensure you have the element of surprise, hiding your chakra signature is just as important as concealing your physical presence.
Byakugan posses x-ray vision and so can see chakra systems, their doijutsu would negate this technique. The Sharingan does a similar thing to this and so would overcome the hidden chakra signature. Also the Rinnegan, i'm not sure why but i was informed a while ago that it even sees through Muu's A-Rank Hiding in Camflouage.
(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique

Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to track them via their chakra signal. However there is some downside to the technique, whilst suppressing their chakra they cannot use any of the ninja skills.
Note: Cannot prevent doujutsu users from detecting them.
