as much as I would like to give naruto the feat of moving faster than lightning, I really doubt he can.

Doubt it. But Naruto doesnt have to be faster than lightning. He just has to start moving before the jutsu is fired.

Exactly Kirin may look bIg but that tailed beast bomb is bigger then those five tailed beasts and a tailed beast is as big as Kirin! So u can tell that other guy to put that in his pipe and smoke it!
TBB is on a DBZ scale of power, comparable to vegeta's big bang attack, or even a rather large spirit bomb, Kirin, while powerful is pitiful due to start up time, and tbh to avoid it all one has to do is go underground. Tbb is way more destructive, and actually is a viable tech while Kirin is way too situational.

Naruto doesnt need to dodge Kirin since it takes time to set it up, by the time Sasuke is preparing, Naruto may well fire TBB as its shown to form quickly.

That's true, Sasuke needs to be able to direct Kirin to it's target. Sasuke won't be able to keep up with Naruto's speed or at least his hand won't be able to guide Kirin to a target moving as fast as Naruto does. Even if Sasuke fires Kirin it will miss Naruto.
Let's face it. Kirin might take very little time to hit it's target, but the target still needs to be aimed at. Only time we've seen Sasuke use Kirin it was on a still target who was too tired to move.
As for the likeness of Sasuke using Kirin against Naruto. Sasuke got out of chakra before Itachi in their match. And Itachi's chakra in that condition is considered low as hell. So what conclusion can we make? Sasuke's chakra levels are about the worst ever. Further more preparing Kirin takes a shit load of Chakra preparing. How is Sasuke gone find the chakra to pull out Kirin when he is spamming Susano'o, Susano'o's Arrows, Genjutsos, Amaterasu, and all those chakra expensive jutsos. Is he going to quit on Susano'o at some point and hope that the chakra and stamina champion is too tired to beat him to a pulp so he can actually pull off Kirin and guide it towards Naruto?
Nah, sorry. Kirin is probably the most overrated Jutso ever. Even more than Kamui or FTG who are top #2 and #3 respectively.

You mean lightning thunder is sound sorry but I hate when people say if u get hit by thunder your dead no its lightning thunder is the sound it makes and itachi survived it and he wasn't even in susanoo when sasuke fired it. Which means susanoo takes less then a second to activate:izuna:

For example a tree, which got hit by the main flash.
