Tatsumi is a young fairly built man with blue hair that protrudes out in the shape of dog ears. He has dark lime eyes that at times turn red when he becomes bloodthirsty and a set of retractable fangs. He enjoys wearing multiple clothing with an odd sense of fashion but is usually seen wearing a red sleeveless shirt.
Personality: Tatsumi is a very cunning individual who is very strategic in his ways. He displays a fake personality of an easy-going clumsy individual who does what he’s told, when in reality he is a ruthless leader who takes pleasure in people’s suffering. When angry he becomes very intimidating and does not settle for conflict, instead ending it himself in brutal ways. Tatsumi shows great admiration for those stronger than him. His redeeming quality is that he is very persistent being unsatisfied until he gets the job done. One thing he does not tolerate is living in peace with those different from him.

Background Info
History: At a young age Tatsumi was known to be a true patriot to the Hidden Mist Village, believing its foundation to be superior to any other village. Finding out that his parents were planning on giving intel to Konoha about the operation of making a leaf shinobi a jinchuuriki, Tatsumi dispatched of his parents deeming them traitors to the village.
Seeing no remorse in his eyes, Tatsumi was taken in and trained to become a hunter-nin sent to kill any missing-nin that try to abandon or betray the village. Being very skilled in this field Tatsumi was able to kill and erase the traces of all his targets except for one, Kisame, whom he was never able to find.
When the Fourth Great Ninja War started Tatsumi was shocked to find out that his village would be joining forces with their enemies much to his disgust that he demanded that the Mizukage reconsider. When told to be silent in this matter, rage started to boil in his eyes and he then proceeded to kill any Kirigakure shinobi that changed their headband. This incident was known as the Jinrou massacre which amounted in over 30 casualties. When detained for treason, Tatsumi found a way to escape Kirigakure and ironically became a missing-nin.
