Good.. You're probably wondering why I shot those fireballs into the sky, right? Well, that was my purpose after all. Look above you, look at the clouds and the sky. Do you see that? Exactly.. The fireballs I shot into the air, caused the atmosphere to heat up. Because of that, a lot of thunderclouds are created, those are charged with electricity. That's a HUGE amount of electricity, and it's impossible to create all that electricity by yourself, so instead, I heated up the atmosphere so electricity would be generated in the sky, and you could take control of the lightning above in the sky with your chidori. Do that, take control of the lightning with your chidori and shape it into a dragon-looking beast. Cause the lightning to strike the forest, and destroy a huge part.
(Raiton: Kirin) - Lightning Release: Kirin
Rank: S
Type: Offense
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra Cost: 70
Damage Points: 120
Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.
Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.
Kirin has sooooooooo many disadvantages, and a few advantages, but if I were you, I wouldn't try to use this is battle. In all my time on NB, I never actually saw someone succeeding in using kirin xD
