You still are not dealing with the need to give the design a frontal view. There is no way to see something above and below the surface from the front, at the same time, unless such an effect is used.Water is supposed to be transparent.

true dat, it took quite alot of time to render, add effects, patterns and change all that shitt, serch for bg of sky and heh... hope to get assist from andro =3As you said, water needs to better reflect its surroundings. On top of that, the shading on the water needs to match the sky; the sky gets very dark as it pushes out and your water does not follow along. Also, the water is too clean underneath, it looks fake.
My biggest critique would be that whatever you did to make the buildings above the surface look old, backfired. They look very bad in terms of quality, and because of that do not match the rest of the image.
fix those things and you'll be good to go. Nice work so far.
ya, i knowneeds a reflection of the buildings.
try to blend the buildings better into the water.. in some places it looks like just erased with a soft brush.. it shouldnt be like tht.
