What i was trying to elaborate is that (IMO), since Naruto has got only seals(whatever) on his body but, he don't have Rinnegan so Naruto will be powerful near to SO6P but will not become SO6P.

last i checked the so6p had a special Rinnegan that no one has shown to be able to do what he did with it,&It is not yet clear how to obtain the rinnegan
