Just because the story is written by a japanese mangaka doesn't mean all the characters are japanese. Luffy is brazilian, assuming he lived in our world. That'd explain his tan.... and the only characters that are "japanese" is Zoro. Anyways, who cares about that..
OT: Doffy is a such an amazing character, I hope Oda doesn't tease his flashback as well.

Totsuka's right Sabo isn't a world noble just a noble. Tenryuubito are a specific 19 families, 20 counting the nefertari family of Alabasta
This chapter has proven that DD is just another CD, but unlike the others, DD can fight.
Hopefully the other flashbacks are gonna be better because DD's past has been hyped and delayed too damn much for it to flop.
