well if hes an uchihia he has normally fire element...
so i got an idea..
instead of rasenganshurriken...
put fire into the rasengan...
(naruto just adds wind element to the rasengan to creats rasengan shurriken, so add fire element to make a new justu!)
and you can call it the fireball rasengan!!!

ok now for the hard part the third step *blows up a balloon and throws it for you* ok now the first step was spin the second step was power the third step is to combine all three without popping the balloon and eventually it will look like this

You must be registered for see images

so this step is the pervious two together but you must charge it. Basically max out the spin and the power of your chakra but you make a wall within the balloon and concentrate your power
