I already made a thread explaining why Senju should be 1st instead of Uchiha, maybe Dante will read it.
Anyways, here I am again, to explain why Dante's positioning of the following clans is completely erroneous.
Really? Really? Is it just me or is this completely wrong. Shouldn't it be more like:
Some of the members from different clans can defeat each other, for example, Suigetsu can defeat Konohamaru, but when comparing clans as a whole, taking into consideration all their members, features and accomplishments, I think this list serves pretty well.
Uzumaki:
Sarutobi vs the Hozuki
2nd Mizukage vs The Third Hokage
The Hozuki clan, however, posses good features that make them worthy of the third spot on this list. They have a very powerful shinobi, The Second Mizukage, as a member; they have their unique Hydrification technique; one of their members, Magetsu, belonged to the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist and the last one, Suigetsu, possess the sword of Zabuza. We don't know much about Mangetsu, all we know is that he was said to be a gifted swordsman, but there are no actual battles, features or accomplishments -other than the fact that he could wield Samehada- to sustain match him up in a battle.

Uzumaki:
The Uzumaki have to be the next on the list after the Uchiha. They are distant relatives of the Senju and have all-mighty shinobi like Nagato and Naruto. Not much is known of the intricate features that the clan has, but it is a fact that they share a considerable portion of the physical strength and "body" of the sage; also, they have amazing sealing techniques and they're known for their ability to control tailed beasts like the Kyuubi. How can this clan be below other clans such as Aburame, Yuki and Akimichi? Please, they have proved themselves to be better than all the other clans, except the Uchiha and the Senju of course.
This is how the their relation with the Senju manifests:
"The members of this clan possessed both incredible longevity and life force.Their longevity can be seen in part through Mito, who lived from long before the founding of Konoha, to well into the term of the Third Hokage's reign. The clan's life force was the reason Kushina survived the extraction of her tailed beast, though she was greatly weakened"

Sarutobi vs the Hozuki
Let me be the first one to say that Hiruzen is not the "God of Shinobi" and he surely does not know every jutsu out there. He is not:
-the best shinobi in Konoha
-the best Kage
-the best Hokage
However, he is critical to my argument against the Hozuki clan.
The Sarutobi are comprised of Hiruzen Sarutobi, Asuma Sarutobi and Konohamaru Sarutobi, all excellent ninja whose prowess can be sustained by manga features. Hiruzen was the third hokage, a man who was highly skilled in elemental ninjutsu, being able to perform high level techniques of both Earth and Water Release; a man who was able to seal, in a 3v1, the First and Second Hokage along with the arms of Orochimaru. On the other hand we have Asuma, a former member of the Twelve Guardian Ninja, who is greatly skilled in both Wind and Fire nature. Lastly, we have Konohamaru, a Naruto-like student who took on a path of Pain and was able to perform the Rasengan on an early age.
When I was making this, I realized that if someone disagrees, they're main argument is going to be that the Hozuki clan has the Second Mizukage. Well, I believe the Third Hokage beats him, both in battle and features. The Second Mizukage is proficient in genjutsu, has great a summoning , has the Hydrification techinique (native to the Hozuki clan) and died in a battle against Muu, also defeating him.
Finally, the Hozuki clan's representative technique, the Hydrification jutsu, has a major requirement that is shown in two of its members. They need to have a source of water nearby. For example, Suigetsu carries water bottle.

2nd Mizukage vs The Third Hokage
Their summoning is not a question, Emma would win over the Giant Clam. The Giant Clam's main attack is the mist it creates that serves as a genjutsu because it renders the opponent unable to locate the user or the summoning. The Third Hokage can get through this deceptive mirage, as he defended himself in a more challenging battle against the First and Second Hokage's while under an illusion that had the same, if not a very similar effect to that of the Clam's.
As for the Second Mizukage's Water Release (including Hydrifcation) , Hirzuen also has a counter. He has a better chance at winning in the elemental battle because he not only can perform good Earth Release jutsus (Earth > Water) he fought the best Water Release user out there (explanation and manga facts on the Senju vs Uchiha thread) and was his student! These are the two aspects that the Second Mizukage is leveled with the Hirzuen, other than this, the Third is better than him.
